SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Ideal drinking temperature: 13°C
A wine of real character, lively, will make an agreeable accompaniment to a dish of fruits de mer, grilled fish or regional charcuterie.
OENOLOGIST’S TASTING NOTES
Eye: very fine pale yellow, limpid and crystalline, with handsome white-gold highlights.
Nose: very pleasing, fresh fruit, hearty, invites tasting.
Taste: fresh and supple attack with notes of riper fruits and a hint of quince.
Comment: this wine has all the original freshness of a well-built and elegant Petit-Chablis.
