The pursuit of excellence
The Domaine de la Tour is located at Lignorelles, near Chablis. The domaine’s 15 hectares (about 37 acres) of vines comprise a number of plots all located nearby in the communes of Chablis, Courgis, and Chitry.
The field's philosophy
The domaine is continuously improving its vinification equipment, but always in a way which balances scientific parameters with practical know-how. The vines and their native soil are at the heart of the domaine’s philosophy, which is continually seeking even fuller expression of terroir while remaining attentive to the needs of the vine and respectful of the environment.

As for our vinification techniques, they belong to a tradition we have inherited from earlier generations. Wine making at the Domaine de la Tour takes place under the eye of an oenologist whose advice is backed by solid experience in several prestigious wine-growing areas of Champagne and Burgundy.
