Vinification in vats and barrels of French oak
Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
Malolactic fermentation.
Vat-ageing
Cold treatment for tartaric precipitation.

Ideal drinking temperature: 14°C
May be drunk as aperitif or throughout the meal
A wine for laying down, which age will smooth and make supple.
Excellent with fish, fruits de mer, and white meats

OENOLOGIST’S TASTING NOTES

Eye: a handsome yellow revealing silvery highlights.
Nose: ripe fruit well to the fore with intense and seductive notes. A hint of hazelnut underlines the complexity of this wine.
Taste: fully lives up to its bouquet, at once taut and velvety smooth, with flavours of hazelnut and ripe pear.
Comment: a powerful, ripe, and well-balanced wine characterised by good length.
