OENOLOGIST’S TASTING NOTES
Eye: handsome yellow revealing silvery highlights.
Nose: very fresh with quite intense white flower notes. Privet and hawthorn blossoms characterise the aromatic complexity of this little-known premier cru.
Taste: fresh and appealing attack based on great richness and good structure. Finish marked by fine dried-fruit notes.
Comment: good expression of terroir and excellent keeping potential.
