OENOLOGIST’S TASTING NOTES
Eye: very fine pale yellow flecked with silver. Limpid.
Nose: agreeable and expressive, dominated by ripe banana over notes of citrus, later evolving nuances of vine-flower. A complex bouquet covering a wide spectrum of aromas.
Taste: good attack, unctuous, fresh. After the first mouthful, there is a perceptible hint of white peach, a touch acidic, then developing milder, very slightly grassy notes.
Comment: good length characterises this refined and elegant wine.
